FTC complaint over coach-recruitment restrictions
The Federal Trade Commission alleged that the Professional Skaters Association, a successor in the American Skaters Guild’s institutional lineage, restricted members from recruiting or communicating with students of other members and enforced those restrictions through disciplinary measures.
