Alltech Engineering Corp. filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Texas against Johnson Machine Works Inc. and Lubron Bearing Systems Inc., alleging breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence and negligent misrepresentation over allegedly defective self-lubricating bearings supplied for new spillway gates at the Fort Sherman Dam at Lake Bob Sandlin.
