    Klaassen fiduciary-duty litigation

Eldon Klaassen, Allegro’s founder and former chief executive, sued the company and directors Mick Pehl, Bob Forlenza, Patrich Simpkins, and Ray Hood, alleging breaches of fiduciary duty. On October 16, 2013, Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster issued a Delaware Court of Chancery memorandum opinion holding that the claims were barred because of delay in bringing the action. The supplied material does not establish a substantive finding of fiduciary wrongdoing.
