A Bermuda controversy concerned Diligence's attempts to obtain information about KPMG's audit of IPOC International. NoreX and BP contested the transfer and sale of Russian oil assets linked to Chernogorneft and Yugraneft. Allegations included below-market oil sales, unfair bankruptcy procedures and an armed seizure of a company office. The dispute continued through Russian and United States courts.
