Political killing of Clemente Ragragio
Clemente Ragragio, a sanitation inspector working in Ligao and Oas, was killed during the final years of the Marcos dictatorship after being suspected of supporting or sympathizing with opposition forces. The killing was reportedly not investigated by the government, and Ragragio was later memorialized at Bantayog ng mga Bayani.
