Greek public-works tender coordination case

Greek competition authorities fined Intrakat €18.3 million in a case concerning coordination among major construction companies in public-works tenders over the period 1989–2012. The proceedings included projects supported by European Union funding. The Aktor business later acquired by Intrakat was separately fined €38.5 million.
