Aker ASA announced that its subsidiary Aker Horizons had agreed to acquire 75% of Mainstream Renewable Power. The transaction valued Mainstream's current equity at EUR 900 million on a 100% basis and was expected to close in Q2 2021, subject to customary conditions and approvals.
