Complaints over continued Airtel brand use
Grameenphone and Banglalink complained that Robi Axiata continued using the Airtel brand after the period in which merger conditions reportedly required the name to be removed after a two-year transition. The issue concerned competition and compliance with the branding conditions attached to the 2016 merger.
