Agrokor accounting and governance investigation
Following revised financial reporting that showed much larger losses than previously reported, Croatian authorities opened criminal proceedings involving former Agrokor directors, supervisory-board members, auditors, and founder Ivica Todorić. The allegations included abuse of power in economic activity, false accounting or official documents, and breaches of bookkeeping obligations. Todorić rejected the accusations.
