    Coca-Cola bottle-shape dispute

The Coca-Cola Company sought an interim interdict in Scotland over bottles used by A.G. Barr for Kolabar, Cydrap and Stilkrush, arguing that the design could be mistaken for Coca-Cola’s bottle. The court refused the interim order, citing the potential disruption to A.G. Barr’s business and Coca-Cola’s limited sales position in Scotland at the time.
