Dixon Technologies incorporates Adivistar Electronics India JV subsidiary with Vivo
Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd said it is in the process of incorporating a new subsidiary, Adivistar Electronics India Pvt Ltd, to undertake original equipment manufacturing of electronic devices including smartphones. Dixon will hold a 51% equity stake with an initial investment of ₹2.55 crore, and MeitY has approved a proposed investment by Vivo Mobile India Pvt Ltd in the new subsidiary.
