2018
Trump family ACN promotion class action
A class action alleged fraud, false advertising and unfair competition by Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump in connection with ACN promotions and alleged undisclosed compensation. Racketeering claims were dismissed. The federal case was dismissed in January 2024, with plaintiffs asked to refile in state courts.

Montana pyramid-scheme regulatory action
Montana regulators issued a cease-and-desist order and proposed agency action alleging pyramid-scheme conduct. The order was later vacated through a settlement after the regulator determined that the conduct involved isolated representative activity rather than ACN's business model. ACN agreed to additional training and customer support.

Pennsylvania slamming and cramming allegations
