Finazzo fraud conviction
Christopher Finazzo was convicted on sixteen counts, including mail fraud, wire fraud, and conspiracy, in a case involving his undisclosed relationship with South Bay Apparel owner Doug Dey.

Finazzo vendor-conflict investigation
An internal board investigation found that Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer Christopher Finazzo had concealed personal and business interests involving South Bay Apparel, a major vendor. He was terminated in November 2006.
