ZOA Energy is an American energy drink brand co-founded in 2021 by Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, Dave Rienzi and John Shulman.[1] In November 2024, Molson Coors announced that it would take a majority ownership stake in the brand.[2][3][4]
History
ZOA launched in the United States in 2021 with Molson Coors as its distribution partner.[1][5] In September 2023, Molson Coors increased its minority investment and joined ZOA's board while continuing as exclusive distributor across the U.S. and Canada.
