Charles "Sandy" Plunkett (born October 18, 1955)[1] is an American artist and comics writer. He worked on several different series for Marvel Comics and DC Comics in the 1970s and 1980s.
Early life
Plunkett grew up in New York City and began to draw comics at the end of high school.[2]
Career
He assisted the Crusty Bunkers at Neal Adams' Continuity Studios in the 1970s.[3] Plunkett's first credited work was a one-page illustration in Savage Tales
