History
The first plant for bottling mineral water from the San Benedetto and Guizza springs in Scorzè dates back to 1956, and was founded by the brothers Bruno and Ermenegildo (known as Ilo) Scattolin, who owned a food shop and the land on which the spring is found.[3]
