Challenge to Nvidia asset sale in bankruptcy
The trustee of 3dfx’s bankruptcy estate challenged the sale of most company assets to Nvidia as an allegedly fraudulent conveyance. Later federal proceedings addressed the transaction, and the Ninth Circuit affirmed the relevant district-court judgment in 2014.
