Jinyuan Co.'s controlling shareholder Jinyuan Holding non-operationally occupied funds without timely disclosure; in April 2024 it was warned by the Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau, and in November the company and actual controller Zhao Hui were placed under CSRC investigation; in January 2025 the Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau warned and fined the company 1 million yuan, fined Zhao Hui 1.5 million yuan and Fang Guangquan 400,000 yuan.
