Actual Controller and Chairman Liu Bang Subjected to Supervisory Investigation and Custodial Management

In November 2025, Das Intellitech announced that its actual controller and chairman, Liu Bang, had been placed under investigation by the Yingshang County Supervisory Commission in Anhui Province and subjected to custodial management. Before the investigation, Liu Bang had reduced his holdings by 15.62 million shares, and the previous month he had donated a Wang Yangming statue to a university, drawing attention. In 2023, the company was also subject to regulatory talk measures by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau over governance and financial accounting issues. In January 2026, Liu Bang was released from custodial management and resumed duties; the investigation conclusions have not been made public.
