A court found that Guangzhou Luoqi and Guangzhou Kaijun Shengpin engaged in unfair competition through advertising and promotion using decoration and other elements identical or similar to Tea Yan Yue Se's, and ordered them to stop the conduct and jointly pay compensation and reasonable rights-protection costs of 1.5 million yuan.
