Daiichi Sankyo files declaratory judgment action against Seattle Genetics

Daiichi Sankyo filed a declaratory judgment action in the District Court of Delaware in a dispute with Seattle Genetics over rights to linker technology used in antibody-drug conjugates, including DS-8201. Seattle Genetics said Daiichi's filing circumvented the dispute-resolution process in their former agreement; both parties disputed the other's claims to the technology.
