Kailer Co. terminates acquisition of Kesheng Electromechanical stake
Kailer Co. (301070) announced on the evening of August 14 that it will terminate its plan to acquire no less than 50% of Dongguan Kesheng Electromechanical Equipment Co., after the parties failed to agree on key deal terms, ending a nearly 10-month acquisition process.
