Chongqing Department Store proposed buying two Chongqing businesses from Better Life Group
Chongqing Department Store announced that it proposed to acquire 100% of the equity in Baichuan Property and Zhonghuang Commercial from Better Life Group for a combined price of 656 million yuan. Better Life said it decided to exit the Chongqing market to address competition with Chongqing Department Store.
