New Graphics Cards With Abnormal Gold Contacts Suspected of Being Refurbished; Galax Warns Against False Claims

Consumers complained that gold fingers on newly purchased Galax graphics cards showed obvious wear, suspecting they were refurbished second-hand products; Galax responded that it was wear from factory testing, that the products were brand-new original genuine goods, and warned against false dissemination. Other users complained that graphics cards sent for warranty were swapped. Consumers doubt its quality control and after-sales transparency.
