Court rules in Tai Er trademark infringement case
On April 25, the Tianhe District Court ruled that the Tai Qi Suancaiyu restaurant infringed the trademark rights of Tai Er Suancaiyu and engaged in unfair competition. The court ordered it to stop the infringement and pay Tai Er Suancaiyu RMB 300,000 in damages.
