License revoked over related-party benefit transfers and false reports
In June 2025, regulators disclosed that Tianan Property Insurance had submitted false governance reports, allowed personnel to take up posts without approval, improperly channeled benefits to related parties, and misused policy terms and rates and filed false reports. Its insurance business license was revoked, and some former senior executives were banned from the industry for life. Its insurance operations had previously been taken over by Shenergy Property Insurance.
