Compound fertilizer fails sampling tests; penalized for safety production falsification
In sampling tests in Hebei in 2016 and Heilongjiang in 2020, Stanley compound fertilizer was blacklisted for failing on total nutrients and available phosphorus; in 2023 a distributor was fined and had illicit gains confiscated for selling substandard Stanley compound fertilizer. In 2021 Stanley was penalized because relevant personnel deliberately provided false information during a safety production inspection. In 2021 it was fined RMB 12,000 by the Linshu County Emergency Management Bureau; the substandard batches were required to undergo follow-up handling.
