Huamao files suit against Xinjiang Lihua over alleged financial-data concealment
Huamao Shares said Xinjiang Lihua concealed financial data during a jointly commissioned audit, affecting Huamao's shareholder rights and the value of its shares. After Xinjiang Lihua refused access to its accounting books, Huamao filed a civil lawsuit; the report said Huamao had not yet received the court's filing receipt, and Xinjiang Lihua had not publicly responded.

Huamao pledges shares for financing
Huamao Co. pledged 25 million freely tradable Guotai Junan shares to the Bank of Communications Anqing Branch, obtaining a financing limit of RMB 240 million. It said it would apply for funds during the three-year pledge term as needed for production and operations.
