Then-general manager Dai Zhijian penalized by CSRC for insider trading and short-swing trading
Dai Zhijian, then a director and general manager of Yilite, made about RMB 44,000 in profit from insider trading in Xinsai Co. and engaged in short-swing trading of Yilite shares during his tenure. For insider trading, his illegal gains were confiscated and he was fined RMB 132,000; for short-swing trading, he was warned and fined RMB 50,000.

Distillery ordered to suspend production for rectification over direct wastewater discharge into Kunes River
The former State Environmental Protection Administration verified that three distilleries of Yilite lacked wastewater treatment facilities and discharged production wastewater directly into the Kunes River. The administration ordered them to immediately suspend production for rectification.
