Zhonghui Bio (中慧生物) announces resignation of non-executive director Yu Jianlin

Zhonghui Bio (中慧生物), whose shares have been suspended from trading since April 1, 2026 pending publication of its 2025 annual results, announced on the evening of October 12, 2026 that non-executive director Yu Jianlin had resigned due to personal work adjustments. He is the second director to leave recently, following CFO Li Runxiang's September resignation; the annual report remains unpublished because audit procedures on certain fund investments and consulting payments and a related internal inquiry by the board audit committee are incomplete and pending further investigation.
