The company ordered the study tour terminated and launched accountability; media later reported that relevant responsible persons were removed from their positions. Predecessor client-authorization scandal
The former Huaxia Securities business experienced regulatory and management problems after staff were reported to have made investments without client authorization. The predecessor subsequently became bankrupt and remained in liquidation. This matter concerned the predecessor rather than the legally separate CSC Financial established in 2005.
