Unpaid overtime and labor compliance issue
Mizuno disclosed that the Osaka Minami Labor Standards Inspection Office had issued a corrective recommendation concerning unpaid overtime. A subsequent internal review reported unpaid overtime totaling approximately 1.86 billion yen, after which executive compensation was reduced.
