Court rules in Aux’s favor in patent cases against Gree
Ruling
Ningbo Intermediate People's Court ruled in two first-instance patent cases that Gree infringed Aux’s compressor invention patent by manufacturing and selling two air-conditioner models, and ordered Gree to pay about 167 million yuan in total. Gree had argued that the products did not infringe the patent.
